Arthritis Bike Classic Training Ride #1

Join us for week one of our progressive training ride series leading up to the Arthritis Bike Classic in Pescadero.  Each week we add distance and climbing to help you prepare for this ride (or other fall events).  

This week we start off with 32 miles and 1,800′ of climbing.

Please note:  you should be able to ride 30 miles at an overall average pace of 12mph to participate in this ride.
