Arthritis Bike Classic Training Ride #2

Mornings in the foothills are cool, so bring arm warmers or a vest. It’ll warm up by the end of the ride. Bring 2 full water bottles and fuel (something to eat).

Join us for week two of our progressive training ride series leading up to the Arthritis Bike Classic in Pescadero.  Each week we add distance and climbing to help you prepare for this ride (or other fall events).   

This week we’ll ride 30 miles with 3,0009′ of climbing.

Please note: you should be able to ride 30 miles at an overall average pace of 12mph to participate in this ride.
