Join us for week three of our progressive training ride series leading up to the Arthritis Bike Classic in Pescadero. Each week we add distance and climbing to help you prepare for this ride (or other fall events).
This week we conquer 38 miles and 4,100′ of climbing. Old La Honda and Tunitas are the featured climbs.
Please note: you should be able to ride 30 miles at an overall average pace of 12mph to participate in this ride.
Please note: this week’s ride will be co-ed, so go ahead and invite all your favorite Velo Boys.
